Kith Club Rewards – Terms of Use.
The Kith Rewards Programme ("Programme") is operated by Kith Hotel ("Hotel," "we," "us"). By enrolling in the Programme, members ("you," "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs").
Definitions
Member: An individual approved by the Hotel to participate in the Programme.
Points: Units earned based on eligible spending at the Hotel.
Rewards Concierge: Hotel representative assisting members with point balances, reward redemptions, and cashback conversions.
Eligible Charges: Expenses qualifying for point accrual, excluding specified items.
Cashback: A 2.5% monetary rebate that members can obtain by converting their points.
Membership & Enrollment
Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above.
To enroll, you must provide a valid name and email address.
The Hotel reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any membership at its discretion.
Earning Points
Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible charges at Kith Hotel.
Only direct bookings made through Kith Hotel qualify for earning points. Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., OTAs, travel agents) are not eligible.
Points will be credited after the completion of a qualifying stay.
The following charges do not earn points:
Taxes, service charges, and credit card fees.
Security bonds and damages.
No-show and cancellation fees—a cancellation fee cannot be converted to points.
Any other fees as determined by the Hotel.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or gifted.
Redeeming Points & Cashback Conversion
Members can redeem points for rewards offered by the Hotel at the time of redemption.
Alternatively, members may choose to convert their points into cashback at a rate of 2.5%.
Cashback conversions are based on the total number of points a member has accumulated.
Once points are converted to cashback, they cannot be reversed or re-exchanged for rewards.
Points must be used towards a future stay and cannot be redeemed for the current or a past booking.
To redeem points or request cashback conversion, members must do so before the start of their stay.
Cashback will be sent between 3 to 5 business days, to the same credit sard used when making the booking.
Account Management
Members may be contacted by the Rewards Concierge to confirm their points balance and available rewards.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are up to date.
The Hotel is not responsible for lost or unredeemed points due to incorrect contact information.
Points Expiry & Forfeiture
Points do not expire as long as the Programme is active.
The Hotel reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in case of cancellations, refunds, or suspected misuse.
Booking Modifications and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to bookings may affect point accrual and cashback eligibility.
If a booking is canceled or refunded, any earned points or cashback will be reversed.
No-show and cancellation fees do not qualify for points or cashback.
Specific policies regarding modifications and cancellations will be communicated at the time of booking.
Member Obligations
Members are responsible for providing accurate personal information and updating it as necessary.
Members must adhere to all hotel policies and Programme terms.
Misuse of the Programme, including fraudulent activities, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points or cashback.
Privacy Policy
The Hotel is committed to protecting member privacy.
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Hotel's Privacy Policy.
By enrolling in the Programme, members consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Hotel is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the Programme, except as required by law.
The Hotel is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or delays in processing points or cashback.
Marketing and Communications
By enrolling in the Kith Club Rewards Programme, you consent to receiving emails and other communications from Kith Hotel, including but not limited to rewards updates, exclusive offers, promotional content, and important account notifications.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or updating your communication preferences in your account settings. Please note that opting out of marketing emails will not affect the delivery of essential service-related communications regarding your membership.
